NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

The "WONDER WHAT I CAN WIN SWEEPSTAKES" ("Sweepstakes")starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 12/14/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 4/30/10 ("Sweepstakes Period").  Sweepstakes consists of five (5) individual monthly random drawings (each with a specific individual entry period deadline) and one (1) final random drawing as detailed below. The Sweepstakes promotes the new Sony Wonder web site ("Sony web site"). All monthly random drawings and the final random drawing to award a Grand Prize and First Prize ("Final Random Drawing") will be conducted at the completion of the Sweepstakes as detailed below. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc., 10202 West Washington Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232 (the "Sponsor").  The Sweepstakes is subject to these Sweepstakes Official Rules (the "Official Rules"), and by entering, entrant agrees to be bound by them.

ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of forty-seven (47) of the United States (the States of Alaska, Hawaii and Maine are excluded) and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, West Coast Marketing, a division of The Susquehanna Hat Company ("West Coast Marketing") and each of the foregoing entities' affiliates, and other Sponsor-authorized designees associated with the design, administration, prize providing and/or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes  (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as members of such employees' immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) or households (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes void in the States of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited or restricted by law. A prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian.

HOW TO ENTER:  During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals interested in participating in the Sweepstakes may enter the Sweepstakes by logging onto www.sonywonder.com/sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Site"), providing their first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address and clicking the "Submit" button in accordance with the instructions set forth on the Sweepstakes Site (such information and selection collectively referred to as the "Entry"). 

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES PER PERSON AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY ATTEMPTED ENTRIES IN EXCESS OF THAT LIMIT SHALL BE DEEMED VOID.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THE RANDOM DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD DEADLINE SCHEDULE BELOW TO BE ELIGIBLE.

ENTRIES THAT ARE NOT SELECTED AS A WINNER IN A MONTHLY RANDOM DRAWING WILL REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR ANY/ALL SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY RANDOM DRAWINGS AS WELL AS FOR THE FINAL RANDOM DRAWING.

The Sweepstakes Site's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

PRIVACY:  All information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Entries will be subject to Sponsor's <Privacy Policy>[link] available at the Sweepstakes Site. 

RANDOM DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD DEADLINES:  The entry period deadlines for each specific monthly random drawing and the Final Random Drawing are as follows:

DECEMBER RANDOM DRAWING: All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 12/31/09

JANUARY RANDOM DRAWING: All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 1/31/10

FEBRUARY RANDOM DRAWING:  All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 2/28/10

MARCH RANDOM DRAWING: All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 3/31/10

APRIL RANDOM DRAWING:  All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 4/30/10

FINAL RANDOM DRAWING:  All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 4/30/10

GRAND PRIZE:  One [1] Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes: The Grand Prize consists of a trip ("Trip") for a family of four (4) to winner's choice of any Delta Vacation destination package within the 48 contiguous Continental United States, that falls within the dollar value parameters herein set forth: The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip ("R/T") economy (coach) class airfare for four (4) which may not total more than $1600; (ii) three (3) consecutive nights accommodations (single standard room, quadruple occupancy; room and room tax only) at a participating Delta Vacations hotel ("Hotel") which may not total more than $800.   The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2400.00.   The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled.  Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded.  

Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth herein:  Hotel accommodations are based on quadruple occupancy for two adults and two children.

Blackout periods apply and include but are not limited to the following dates: January 1, 2010, March 12 - April 3, 2010, November 19-25, 2010, December 18-31, 2010, January 1, 2011, March 11 – March 31, 2011. Other blackout dates may apply.

Grand Prize Trip will be awarded in the form of prize certificates which may not be amended in any way and are not redeemable for cash. A prize certificate is not transferable and may not be extended. Taxes, service fees and airport transfers are not included. To redeem prize please follow the instructions listed on the prize certificates. The original prize certificate(s) MUST be presented upon check-in or when requested. Terms of Use of the Grand Prize prize certificate(s) include but are not limited to:

  • Delta Vacations will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines or Northwest Airlines from any select airline serviced city within the Eligibility Area. Travel is permitted on DL/NW/KL designated flights operated by Delta Air Lines, NWA/Mesaba, KLM, Compass, Pinnacle, KLM City Hopper, ASA, Freedom, Comair, SkyWest, Chautauqua, or Shuttle America. Travel via other DL/NW Airlink and DL/NW designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights.
  • Cannot be applied towards previously purchased trip. The certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles or WorldPerks air travel award, or promotional offers/tickets.
  • The certificate is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or prepaid tickets.
  • The certificate cannot be sold or transferred. Purchased certificates are subject to confiscation and you will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered.
  •  
  • Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure.
  • Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified on the front of the certificate.
  • Delta Vacations must issue all travel documentation.
  • Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations.
  • Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component.
  • Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees.
  • If booking exceeds certificate value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and balance must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • A $15 USD fee for the first piece of checked luggage and a $25 USD fee for a second piece of checked luggage may be assessed. Fees are charged each way, and are subject to change.
  • Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted.
  • A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available.
  • Substitutions will not be allowed.
  • Space is subject to availability.
  • SkyMiles or WorldPerks mileage credit will be awarded.
  • Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
  • Delta Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Standard Delta Vacations Terms and Conditions apply, and are outlined during the booking process; other airline, hotel, or vendor restrictions may apply.
  • Delta Vacations is managed, operated, and marketed by MLT Vacations.

Grand Prize Winner must provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure and all travel must be booked by February 28, 2011 and completed by March 31, 2011 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted.

Any costs associated with Grand Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the Grand Prize and are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions.  Such costs may include, without limitation, any ground transportation, any unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, trip and travel insurance and premiums, excursions, meals, drinks, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, charges for changing dates or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions.  All travel arrangements are to be administered by designee(s) of the Sponsor or prize providers.  Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city and date, destination and return date.   Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions will each be required to provide valid Federal or state government issued photo ID at time of travel.  If Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in the Grand Prize trip with no travel companions or fewer than three (3) travel companions, no additional compensation will be awarded.  Air transportation and Hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No code-share flights, one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all excess baggage charges, upgrades, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sponsor or its designee will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the Grand Prize Winner's possession, or in the possession of the Grand Prize Winner's travel companion(s).  Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change.  Unless otherwise necessitated by prize provider(s), no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the Grand Prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the Grand Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once Hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Any unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package elements will be forfeited by the Grand Prize Winner and will remain the property of Sponsor or prize provider(s). 

FIRST PRIZE:  One [1] First Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes: The First Prize consists solely of a Family 4-pack of 2-day Hopper Tickets to LEGOLAND California and SEA LIFE Aquarium plus a three (3) consecutive night stay (single standard room, quadruple occupancy; room and room tax only) at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa ("Resort"). The ARV of the First Prize is $1800.00.   The actual value of the First Prize may vary depending dates of usage. Therefore, the actual value of the First Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled.  Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded.

Airfare is NOT included.

Portions of the First Prize will be awarded in the form of a prize certificate which may not be amended in any way and is not redeemable for cash. A prize certificate is not transferable and may not be extended. Taxes and service fees are not included. To redeem prize please follow the instructions listed on the prize certificate. The original prize certificate MUST be presented upon check-in at the Resort.

First Prize Winner must provide a minimum of sixty (60) days advance notice of desired Hotel check-in and all use of First Prize must be completed by December 31, 2010 or the First Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted.

Any costs associated with First Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the First Prize and are the responsibility solely of the First Prize Winner and, if applicable, his/her companions.  Such costs may include, without limitation, any air transportation, ground transportation, any unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, trip and travel insurance and premiums, excursions, meals, drinks, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, charges for changing dates or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein and are the sole responsibility of the First Prize Winner and his/her companions.  All travel arrangements are to be administered by First Prize Winner.  If First Prize Winner elects to partake in the First Prize with no companions or fewer than three (3) companions, no additional compensation will be awarded.  No changes will be made to Resort booking once such booking has been made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All certificates issued in conjunction with the First Prize are not eligible for frequent guest points or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor or its designee will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the First Prize Winner's possession, or in the possession of the First Prize Winner's companion(s).  Use of First Prize is subject to availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change.  Any unclaimed and/or unused First Prize elements will be forfeited by the First Prize Winner and will remain the property of Sponsor or prize provider(s). 

MONTHLY RANDOM DRAWING PRIZES:  In each monthly random drawing during the Sweepstakes, the following monthly random drawing prizes will be awarded:

Project-of-the-Month Club Prize (one [1] will be awarded each month):  Each Project-of-the-Month Club Prize shall consist of a $225 Project-of-the-Month Club Gift Certificate (subject to all redemption terms and conditions available at projectofthemonthclub.com)

Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Cake Prize (five [5] will be awarded each month): Each Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Cake Prize shall consist of a $20 ice cream cake gift checks (in the form of 10 $2 gift checks) subject to all redemption terms and conditions printed on the gift check.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $5,825.00

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and have no cash value. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by a prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at any time in its sole discretion.  No portion of a prize may be sold, bartered or exchanged by the prize winner.  If awarded, prize will be awarded without any warranty of any kind beyond the standard manufacturer, retailer or service provider's warranty.  Odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing in the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of prizes and on the eligible Entries received for the specific random drawing.  Only one (1) monthly prize of a specific type will be awarded to any one (1) person or email address during the Sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION:  All potential monthly random drawing winners and Final Random Drawing prize winners (each a "Prize Winner") will be selected in a series of random drawings from among eligible entries on/about 5/10/10 by West Coast Marketing, an independent judging entity.  West Coast Marketing's decisions regarding the result of the random drawing shall be final and binding.   Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners will be notified by email, certified mail, overnight delivery and or telephone by 5/15/10. If such notification is undeliverable or no response is received by West Coast Marketing from the potential prize winner within five (5) business days of the date of notification or attempted notification, then such potential prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners (or potential Grand Prize or First Prize winner's parent or legal guardian if the potential Grand Prize or First Prize winner is considered a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which he or she resides) will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release form and a completed IRS W-9 form within five (5) days of date of issuance.  Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winner's travel companions (or Grand Prize winner or First Prize winner if a travel companion is the minor child or ward of the Grand Prize or First Prize winner) will also be required to execute and return Release of Liability forms within this same five (5) day deadline.  A pre-paid overnight delivery service air bill will be provided to facilitate the return of all required documents.  Failure to return all required forms in this five (5) day time period may result in the potential Grand Prize or First Prize winner being disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Monthly prize winners will be notified within sixty (60) days of Final Random Drawing with the delivery of the prize via mail or other delivery service selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or West Coast Marketing.

Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable for any reason, may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be forfeited and the prize not awarded. 

All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility solely of the Prize Winner.  Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) granted to Sponsor to use the Prize Winner's (and travel companion's if applicable) name, likeness, pictures, photographs, voice, biographical information and statements for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media and manner and by any and all means now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity worldwide without additional compensation or limitation of any kind, and without the need to get any further consent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/GENERAL CONDITIONS:Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with the Sweepstakes' Official Rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified.  By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of Sponsor and West Coast Marketing which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the "Releasees"), from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for defamation, libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of publicity or any intellectual property rights, any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity, and any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind even if the Releasees have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages), costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys' fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant's entry, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, (b) the violation of any third party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights, (c) typographical errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes promotional materials, (d) acceptance, possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use the prize (or any component thereof), (e) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability, business or other considerations, or due to reasons beyond Sponsor's control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond any of the Sweepstakes Entities' control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules, (f) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (g) human error, (h) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the  Entry (including, without limitation, the  Entry information or any parts thereof), (i) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Sweepstakes Site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail or delivery service utilized by any of the Sweepstakes Entities or by an entrant, (j) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Site or any other Sweepstakes-related web pages, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (k) any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes, (l) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (m) any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged Entries, (n) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or any of their agents or employees,  and/or (o) cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), or other transportation companies, hotel(s), or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same, (p) lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected baggage or (q) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof).  Each prize winner hereby acknowledges that the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any express or implied warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize or any component thereof.  

Proof of entering information at the Sweepstakes Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.  Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced and Entries in excess of the number stated above from any one (1) valid email address and/or person will be disqualified.  Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  False, fraudulent or deceptive Entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. 

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if the Sweepstakes or the Sweepstakes Site (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of Entries in accordance with these Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the  Sweepstakes or the granting of a prize or any component thereof, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof.  In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled, and to the extent possible as determined by Sponsor, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select new entrant(s) from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation, and to award the prize (or any awardable portion(s) thereof). In the event that Sponsor determines that there are no eligible entrants, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to not award the prize (or any portion thereof).  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE (INCLUDING THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  If a dispute arises about who submitted an Entry on the Sweepstakes Site, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  A potential prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. 

ARBITRATION: BY ENTERING INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ITS PRIZING) OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THEIR ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES).  IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY JAMS. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.  THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR'S AWARD IS BASED. THE PARTIES WILL SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR'S FEES AND ARBITRATION EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER COSTS UNIQUE TO THE ARBITRATION HEARING (RECOGNIZING THAT EACH SIDE BEARS ITS OWN DEPOSITION, WITNESS, EXPERT AND ATTORNEYS' FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF THE MATTER WERE BEING HEARD IN COURT).  NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY REQUIRE THAT SUCH FEES BE BORNE IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE ARBITRATOR DETERMINES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE TO BE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

GOVERNING LAW:Each entrant acknowledges that the internal substantive laws (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) of the State of California and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California shall govern the validity and interpretation of these Official Rules and all other causes of action (whether sounding in contract or in tort) arising out of or relating to these Official Rules. 

NO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE PROMOTION, THE SONY WEB SITE, OR ANY OTHER PROJECT OF SPONSOR OR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.
